    Dropped in on vacation to get in some rolls to get ready for competition when I get back home. Very welcoming and friendly environment. Owners are awesome, and getting ready to celebrate the 2 year anniversary! Congratulations! Keep up the hard work. I enjoyed everyone I trained with, great energy and focus on the small details of drills. Highly Recommend to anyone looking for regular gym or a drop in on the way through Galveston!

    Best training on the Island! The coaching is fantastic, the training is top notch, the facility and mats are immaculate and the vibe is family. Even as a purple belt I am still gaining huge percentages on my game everyday. There is always a good match for you white belt through black. The coaches are always in a good mood and ready to answer any questions in a detailed manner. The Muay Thai and kickboxing programs are amazing as well. The coaches are patient and skilled. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who is looking to join a community challenge themselves and have a wonderful time along the way!

    Absolutely love this place, it has been such an amazing place for development and growth in my daughter’s life on and off the mats. Every single coach truly makes sure they are constantly creating a warm and welcoming environment for everyone. The dedication, professionalism and commitment of each coach is apparent from the second you walk in the door. My whole family loves this place, I’d definitely recommend all ages to try it out.

    Awesome coaches that take their time with the children showing the techniques of grappling. One on one coaching offered that we take advantage of to mix in some Muay Tihai on the weekends. We have only been going a short time but my son has learned so MUCH… clean facility! Great environment for the children! You always feel welcome! highly recommend!
