  Our family started training at Sochin Martial Arts about 5 years ago. The dojo is always clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. After seeing our kids thrive, my husband and I decided to join too. The martial arts classes as well as the warm ups we do are a great way to get fit and stay healthy. My focus, balance, coordination and even my mood have improved and it's definitely helped me become more confident in every day life. The instructors are wonderful, patient and very knowledgeable. Not only do they teach you how to do a technique but they also explain why and what it's used for. They truly care about each and every one of their students. I personally love training at Sochin because I feel like I can be myself without being judged. There is no ego. We are all learning together and rooting for each other and I am so grateful to be part of a community that has become like a second family. I highly recommend Sochin Martial Arts. It really is an awesome place to train at for all age groups. We do Taekwondo, Jiu Jitsu, Sparring, Weapons - we even have a Kickboxing class in the mornings! Come join in the fun! 😄

  We took a trial class at 4 different places. @sochin martial arts instructors by far provide the most individual instruction to ALL the kids. After going several times a week for a month now that hasn’t changed. All the instructors work hard to teach the kids and do so in a fun respectful manner. My granddaughter absolutely loves coming!

  My son has been training here for almost 8.5 months. He is 10 years old and truly enjoys coming to practice — and for me, that says everything. The coaching staff is excellent: attentive, disciplined, and very motivating. You can see that they genuinely care about each child’s progress and development. I especially appreciate the belt system. It gives the kids clear goals, encourages them to work hard, and teaches discipline and responsibility. It really helps build character. Over these months, my son has become more focused, confident, and physically stronger. The atmosphere is supportive yet structured — no unnecessary pressure, just real growth. We’re very happy we chose this place.

  Have been going to Sochin for almost 2 years. Such a family friendly environment, very clean. Sensei and the whole team are so kind, understanding, patient, and so knowledgable in all the techniques they teach. They have helped my son in so many ways from building up confidence to gaining strength and energy.

  We’ve been part of sochin martial arts school for over two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I first enrolled my kids, and watching their confidence, discipline, and skills grow has been amazing. The instructors are so knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and truly care about each and every student. The dojo is always super clean, the environment is positive, motivating, and feels like a second family. I loved it so much that I eventually joined the morning classes myself—and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Great workouts, great energy, and an even greater community. Highly recommend to any family looking for something that builds both strength and character.
