I had recently moved to Florida and was looking for a gym that had Muay Thai for my husband and youth wrestling for our daughter. We stumbled upon Black Boxx around 6 months ago and we’re so happy we did. Every one of the coaches are super knowledgeable and encouraging. The camaraderie and helpful community within Black Boxx promotes such a supportive environment where everyone is motivated to push their limits and achieve their goals. The attention to detail in both technique and strategy is remarkable, making every class both challenging and rewarding. If you have little ones and want a fun afterschool physical activity or want to try a challenging new sport I highly recommend giving this place a try.

If I can give this school 10 stars I definitely would. My background is in Boxing and traditional Martial Arts but I have always been curious of the Mma world and all the Arts that are shown at American Top Team Black Box. Such as Jujitsu, Boxing , wrestling, judo and Muah Thai. Coach Glen is very knowledgeable on Boxing , wrestling, judo, jujitsu. From Japanese words phrases to origin of the arts. It gave me the ability to also sharpen up my boxing while working bad habits. Jujitsu has been a humbling learning experience. Coach Marc is a traditional Muah thai teacher with so many moves and workouts to top strength your Muah Thai. Coach Juan is well rounded in many arts and is still someone that competes so for me it is motivation and inspiration to compete and train. Coach Kayleigh strength conditioning workouts were timed well put together. And a mix of those wanting to lose weight , get in shape or compete..And of course Ms. Samantha which is the managemnt of the gym is always welcoming hardworking and always on attentive to the gym and students needs. It is a family oriented place , it feels good seeing a father and son train together.Overall this school has been a great experience with students with all type of levels and experience in different arts. Im very happy to be part of this school and to see what the future holds.

American Top Team Black Boxx is a gem that not too many people know or take advantage of in Kissimmee. My personal experience was above and beyond. From the moment I got there the management, instructors and fellow students were very warm and welcoming. Seeing that was very reassuring as I was taking on a challenge that I had not done before. Classes happen throughout the week and there is a lot of opportunity to participate no matter what form of membership you decide to choose. Although learning BJJ, Wrestling, Judo, etc can be a shock for those who have no background the classes try to teach skills that do build. But you have to be consistent with attendance. They are very accommodating to your needs and skill. The facilities and staff make you feel like you’re actually training in an authentic and effective manner. My personal regret is not sticking with attendance but my own life had become much more busy with moving and working. I wish the gym the best and hope they’re able to bring in more members of all ages. If you’re looking for a mixed martial arts gym in this area definitely stop by and don’t be shy!

First of all I want to thank Coach Glen and Ms. Samantha for welcoming me with open arms. Coach Glen is a very detail oriented instructor, unlike many who just go through the motion, Coach Glen breaks down the moves to the littlest details, there is no detail too small. Second of all, been in this game for 6 years and I’ve only seen 2 types of martial arts academies. They are either family oriented for hobbists or competitor oriented for people who have the aspiration to pursue fighting professionally, it’s hard to find one that caters to both. The good news is here, you can have both. Last but not the least, everybody is very nice and supportive, many people are a little scared and intimidated to start their martial arts journey at first but at here people will help you level up and succeed unlike my first day at my first academy getting thrown into the shark tank right away and I had to figure out how to swim. Last but not the least is the cohesion, I’ve been to academies with drama but here everybody has each other’s back and everybody claps for each other’s success and everybody is unified under one banner. If you are in the area, definitely stop by and experience it yourself.

I had done Tae Kwon Do when I was in middle school and beginning high school I decided to step away from it and had not trained in almost 3-4 years in anything martial arts related. After some convincing due to my fear of looking silly and embarrassing myself my best friend got me to sign up back in March. I can not tell you the joy and therapeutic feeling I get everyday I leave this gym. 1. They treat you like family. That to me is the most important factor, there is no room for judgement only motivation and hard work. 2. It’s very diverse. What I mean is obviously different nationalities and cultures are together but also different forms of martial arts. They teach BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), Judo, Muay Thai, And Kickboxing. Our amazing coach Glenn focuses on the technique aspect of moves rather than just trial and error so we know the basics and can execute our moves properly rather than doing things sloppy. 3. We have fun. Yes we work hard and motivate each other with our hard work like a big family. However we also know how to have our fun when need be and it’s not always some serious strict class/es. I truly have a place to call a happy place when I need to wind down and just take it easy and that is American Top Team! 😊💜 #Blackboxx

Its amazing. I talked myself out of going a lot, it's never great to be the new guy in a gym and as someone who had never grappled in his life, I was apprehensive. Recently I got free time and finally pushed myself to go, and they have been the most accommodating and knowledgeable people I've met in martial arts, and since its ATT you don't have to worry about whether or not you'll be learning useful I realistic stuff, there's no Systema(tm) here it's all pressure tested stuff with people that are experienced at worst and competitors at best. If you can go, do.

Great training gym. The facility is amazing with a strength and conditioning area readily available, mats and even a Boxing ring plus a plethora of different training disciplines and classes offered daily from Muay Thai to jiujitsu wrestling judo and more. It's really a one stop shop when it comes to developing athletic potential. The coach is extremely passionate about everything martial arts, fitness, and performance and incredibly knowledgeable in these areas. Seldom have I met an individual so passionate about teaching others how to attain their untapped athletic potential. He really cares for his students and goes great lengths to make sure they are developing their skill set and progressing on and off the mats. The administrator and owner Sam, is extremely compassionate, caring, and kind. She ensures everything is runing properly and places great emphasis on respect, hard work, trust, and team cohesion. Her active involvement in the gym and with the team is the reason why everyone gets along and works together so well. There is an absence of ego and animosity here instead, everyone is helpful, caring and friendly and all this is due to Sam running things the way she does, prioritizing team cohesion and maintaining a positive environment that cultivates athletic potential and a growth mindset. Overall great facility great coach great administrator great classes and great training partners.

It's not easy to show up at work every day maintaining a certain level of enthusiasm, but the coaches here do exactly that and deserve a lot of props. We all have our own lives outside the gym, but inside, there's an environment that keeps the negative energy away. Whether you're trying to get into shape, stay active, or want to seriously compete in MMA, ATT is a family that values work ethic, respect, and comradery. I took a chance on this gym after a trial week and it's grown on me. Prior to coming here I did recreational boxing, started muay thai at a different gym until I moved out of state, and now I come here to work out and learn to be a better fighter. I'd like to emphasize that you don't need any prior experience or a specific body type. If you're self-conscious about that, put yourself at ease and know that both the coaches and members are more than willing to help you out as long as you're willing to put forth your own effort. Everyone is treated as an equal and it's a very inclusive and warm environment. All the coaches enjoy joking around which keeps the tension down and the mood fun. At the same time, they challenge you, break down techniques, and explain the significance behind all actions. They're cognizant of everyone's ability and will judge you fairly and accordingly. You'll be provided constructive criticism and feel yourself grow both mentally and physically. Coach Glenn speaks with passion based on his professional fighting/training experiences and tries to share those lessons with his students. I genuinely enjoy being here and I'd recommend you experience that for yourself if you're contemplating joining!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. American Top team is a god send. My son loves it so much. They are so patient and kind and encouraging to each child and it really shows. The entire staff is wonderful. Every time I attempt to pick up my son early he begs me to stay until it’s all the way over. The establishment is very affordable compared to other camps. They play so many games, go on bounce houses, do science experiments, learn to defend themselves, have guest speakers come in so much entertainment for the kids it’s great. I’ve heard great things about ATTBB.. I’m so glad I switched my kids into this summer camp program for several reasons... Not only is it affordable, great staff, and the kids play so well with one another... the kids always have a blast that when they get home they crash lol. My daughter was so closed in and the more she is at the camp she comes out of her shell.. my son has so much confidence now that nobody can tell him anything.. they love when they practice defense.. Can’t wait till they start school to see how their confidence has boosted.. also looking forward to ATTBB picking them up for the after school care.. Having a great experience with summer camp makes me go to work knowing that they are in GREAT hands..

My son has been coming to ATT Black Boxx since two years ago. We started with the summer camp and moved on to the jiu jitsu classes which is excellent for teaching children discipline. Everyone from Samantha to Coach Glen, staff, and even members have been very welcoming. It’s a very familial environment and everyone is welcome from parents to kids. There are adult classes too. The business is always very clean and organized. Samantha is very involved with the children and the kids get to do a lot of fun and interactive activities from yoga, to jiu jitsu, exercise, stretch, tv, games, play, pool, and bounce houses. Samantha also has hidden talents such as baking cakes and decorating so we hosted my sons birthday there as well and it was safe and affordable. But watch out for Coach Glen he is like the “Cookie Monster” and will ask for unlimited cookies 🍪 so make sure that counts for the budget. Overall it’s a great family business.

Great service, awesome atmosphere and overall great coaching staff. I haven’t been able to work out because of my job. But, they’re always send a message of encouragement to my son and I to remind us the importance of been able to train and learn. Thanks to all of you.

Been training here for over 5 months now and I must say nothing compares to what’s out in the Kissimmee area. They know there stuff. Not only do you get a work out and learn how to fight but you join into a family that’s incredible.

An amazing group of people all trying to better themselves, they offer a variety of martial arts to learn, and classes to take advantage of. A great place to come and learn martial arts!

I started here when I was 17 and it will forever be my home. It really feels like a family, coach Glenn did a great job of making classes fun while still making them productive classes. Life long friends and memories have been made here and I will never forget that. ATT black boxx gave me somewhere to go when I needed it most. Hard work, dedication.

Absolutely amazing from front desk to mat time! I’m so impressed with the women’s only Muay Thai class while my kids and husband also have classes to take.

I trained at other gyms before but ATT is now my home and has been for 2 years! Black Boxx is a real family, the coaches and staff really care about every student and the training is the best I’ve ever experienced. I have learned more here than every other gym combined. If you want to fight MMA or compete in bjj or judo join Black Boxx, you won’t be disappointed.

been training here for a year now. The coaches and people are amazing. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure the gym feels like a second home. If you want somewhere where you can comfortably learn something and be actually good at it, theres no better place.

We take our daughter Gabriela every week to learn Judo. In the six months that she has been going, she has become much more confident in herself. She has also made a lot of friends and seems to be enjoying herself.

ATT is awesome! My husband has been going for years and our 6 year old son is now enrolled. They not only care about our son and how well he does in class but also about his education and behavior at school. This is an awesome school and they have amazing coaches! Go see for yourself!

I love this place. They're very Family orientated. So much support and care.. always pushing you and kids to do better. Also a competing team so skills are real life. Come try a free class youll see what youve been missing.

Enjoyed my time here for the most part, but had an incident happen and how it was handled made me lose trust in the people and organization. Wish it could’ve turned out differently because I thought I had found a community here. Unfortunate situation all around. But I still credit top team for helping me discover my love for martial arts 🙂

I would not recommend this place, some of the kids are bullies, my son who love martial art was been bullied by some of the older kids, the classe are not properly distributed and the trainers play favoritism. We stopped going, but they kept on taking money out of my account. For over 6 months they have been charging me and no one reach out to figure out if I was still interested, I used a bank account that I don't often use or check, so I did not caught on. Regardless, I don't think this a good reputable place.

They need to be a little more professional, they offer you a 7 day free trial , but by the 4th or 5th day they are already saying your trial ended . On their website you have no option to sign up for what program you want , and THEY REPEATEDLY TELL YOU OVER EMAIL NOT TO SIGN UP IN PERSON . very disappointed my kids really loved this place but they need better management!
