We are so grateful for Master Jonathan and everyone at Cobourg Tae Kwon Do for helping our boys learn so much in such a short amount of time. We have only been coming for a few months. The respect, responsibility and fun that our boys have been learning each day is well worth the time and money invested. Getting to hear our children genuinely want to do their best even though they are still learning all of the different manoeuvres is so incredible!! The energy and confidence felt from everyone is always so positive and uplifting too . I encourage every parent / guardian to bring their children to Cobourg Tae Kwon Do.

I have been doing the fitness kickboxing class at Cobourg Tae Kwon Do for a number of years. It is a welcoming, comfortable environment and every class is different which keeps the workouts fun. More recently, I also started attending the Empowered Self Defense classes and I am really enjoy those as well! There is a lot of practical, important information about keeping myself safe and it is delivered in the same safe, supportive class environment. I highly recommend Cobourg Tae Kwon Do for anyone looking for a fun, welcoming, and varied workout option.

Having studied martial arts at a number of different schools over the past 35 years, I feel more than confident in saying that Cobourg Tae Kwon Do is an excellent facility, owned and operated by a truly exceptional martial artist and person. The depth of knowledge and ability that Grand Master Jonathan Field brings to his classes is amazing, and his global network of world class martial artists is astounding. (The opportunity to train for my Black Belt in the Superfoot System would never have happened without Grand Master Field's personal connection to a living legend, Bill Wallace.) But there's much more to the school than simply learning and developing as a martial artist. Cobourg Tae Kwon Do and the people who teach there, especially Grand Master Field, are as concerned with helping students to develop as individuals as they are concerned with teaching them how to defend themselves. The club is very much like a family where members, especially the younger students, are taught discipline and perseverance and how to be resilient. It's a place where courtesy and respect and understanding are held in the highest regard. But it's also a place where kids can be kids, and adults can be kids again, and have fun while learning skills that improve health and happiness and confidence in a safe and caring environment. I would definitely recommend Cobourg Tae Kwon Do to anyone, and look forward to having you join me and my girls at the club in the very near future. You won't be disappointed!

I have been a member for over a year now, and joined at the age of 44 yrs. The benefits/results you see from Cobourg Tae Kwon Do are endless. Not only does it increase your physical activity and over all health, my mind is also focused and my emotions are balanced. Grand Master Johnathan is an amazing instructor, who is patient with students and works within your skill level. He is passionate about his Dojan, and it's students success both in martial arts and life. The atmosphere there is very welcoming as well. Wether a youth or adult if you looking into martial arts I highly recommend Cobourg Tae Kwon do.
