Flow State Jiu Jitsu is full of good vibes! There are awesome, down to earth instructors and trainers who want you to learn and be part of something great. It is such a supportive and mutually respective gym.

Beautiful new space to train in! Great location in the valley. It's great to be a part of a co-op model and this community!

Flow State Jiu Jitsu and Yoga is an awesome co-operative nonprofit! The instructors are excellent, the community is friendly and inviting, and the space itself is freshly renovated, bright and clean.
