Attending Alpha Martial Arts classes has transformed my grandchild. The discipline and focus required in these classes have significantly improved his self-control and concentration. Additionally, the physical activity involved greatly enhanced his fitness and coordination. Sensei Alex is knowledgeable and supportive, creating a positive and encouraging environment. Overall, these classes have been incredibly beneficial, fostering both physical and personal development. Alpha Martial Arts would be a great choice for any child.
I had such a great time watching my nephew Tyty excel in his martial arts class! Sensai Alex did a fantastic job at getting and keeping the class engaged in working together and paying attention to him. His dynamic personality was a such a joy and I can not wait to come back. Thank you so much for all you do!
The instructor Alex is absolutely AMAZING !! He is a patient teacher and most definitely knows what he’s doing ! My nephew Tyrese love his class so much ❤️

I very much enjoyed the women’s self defense crash course. Absolutely an important life skill to have. I recommend this to all the ladies in the houston area! Bring your mom, girl friend, sister, daughter, coworker, grandma, cousin etc!

I attended Alex Women’s Self Defense Course and I enjoyed myself. It was a great group of women and he made us feel comfortable and made it fun to learn. I look forward to the next class.
This was a wonderful self defense class. I learned how to defend myself in certain crises situations. Sensei Alex was so engaging made it so much fun to learn the techniques.
I’ve been wanting to take a womens defense class for the longest time, so I was very excited when I saw Alex post this class. I highly recommend taking this class with Alex - he was so knowledgable and made the class both educational and fun! I did not have any prior experience, but the class was great for beginners like me! I will 100% be bringing my mom and sister!
This was so fun!! A complete release that I didn’t realize I had been holding! I definitely recommend for all people, but definitely women and young girls!
I can't say enough great things about Alpha Martial Arts and Sensei Alex! He came to my daughter’s graduation party and made the celebration unforgettable with a fun, interactive martial arts class. His energy and humor kept everyone engaged, and we all had an absolute blast. Sensei had everyone laughing! The session was a perfect mix of entertainment and learning, as we picked up some useful self-defense tricks along the way. Sensei Alex's ability to connect with the group made it such a memorable experience. Our youngest daughter will be taking his classes soon too because of it! I highly recommend Alpha Martial Arts for any event or class. You won't be disappointed!
