I've been attending the jumping class for a while now. The instructors are excellent and we have a lot of fun. The explanations are great and I've been made to feel very welcome. I always buy the 10-class pass so I can be flexible. They also offer many other classes.

After the contract ended, money has now been debited from my account for the second time in a row. Despite being notified via email, there has been no response. This leaves a very unprofessional impression on me.
