Paradigm Sport, along with its incredible staff, has had a profound impact on my life. Before I came to Paradigm, I had barely played baseball and never lifted a weight. The coaches at Paradigm worked with me where I was at and went step by step to help me improve my game. I started taking weekly hitting lessons at Paradigm when I was 10. After months of these lessons, I went from one of the worst hitters on my team to one of the best. This success, along with the encouragement of my coaches at Paradigm, motivated me to commit fully to improving myself as a baseball player. At this point, Joey recommended that I start the youth lifting program. This program is outstanding. It taught me the fundamentals of movement and lifting, while incorporating a lot of variety and keeping it fun. I got dramatically stronger through this program, but more importantly, I fell in love with lifting. As I entered high school, the trainers there created personalized lifting programs for me and provided nutrition advice to help me gain weight. Following their plan, I steadily progressed from 110 pounds to 200 pounds by the end of my sophomore year of high school. My size and strength are my greatest tools as a player, and I would not have them without Paradigm. I want to conclude this review with what might be the best part about Paradigm Sport: its culture. The owner, Joey Wolfe, has created a very special culture at Paradigm that is one of improvement, positivity, and hard work. Joey makes sure that everyone who works at Paradigm fits into this culture. Because of this culture, every time you step into Paradigm, you know you're going to work hard, improve, and have your day brightened by the fantastic trainers. I couldn’t recommend Paradigm more!!

Paradigm Sport has been a game-changer for my fitness and overall motivation to work out! I did the 2 week trial period recently and I was hooked. Just invested in a membership and I'm stoked to build strength and up my cardio game. Their instructors are top notch - all super friendly and supportive as I'm a newbie to the gym. The music and atmosphere is fun and very welcoming. If you're looking for a gym that has good vibes and great training (both small groups and larger more cardio based options) to get you in better shape, Paradigm is it!

The trainers and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely care about helping you reach your goals, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level. Every class is challenging, fun, and thoughtfully designed, and there’s always a great energy and sense of community. The gym is super clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the entire environment is welcoming and positive. There’s a real focus on technique, strength, and longevity here, not just quick fixes, which makes all the difference. Plus, the coaches meet you where you’re at and know how to push you in a way that builds confidence and results! If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a place to work out, where you’ll feel supported, empowered, and part of something great, Paradigm Sport is it! Highly recommend!
