I took my kids here for a trial lesson last Thursday and I couldn’t believe the respect these kids have for their coach they’re extremely disciplined and respectful if u have kids that won’t listen to you when their told i guarantee after u send them here they will have a whole different mindset !
Coach Kez and the boys are a bunch of absolutely bloody legends. Shindo is the best gym on the coast and I’ve never had a better experience training MMA. Coach is knowledgeable, the level of skill here is high and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. 5/5 would recommend to anyone wanting to either get into MMA or thats been training for a while and wants a good gym. Been training under Coach Kerry for nearly 3 years now. Not only have I learned the qualities and requirements of being a martial artist, I have also learned qualities of being a better person off the mats. Coach as well as all my team mates have made my journey at Shindo truly a life changing experience for the better in which I am truly grateful. Could not recommend shindo enough for anyone who is wanting to start their own journey into mma.
