My daughter (4 y/o) has been a part of CMA since Feb of 2024 & she absolutely loves it there & the instructors! Since she has been there we have seen noticeable improvement in her listening skills, self control & better habits of interaction with others. We highly recommend Championship Martial Arts & look forward to having our youngest join her when it’s time :)

We have been part of the CMA FAMILY for over 7 years starting when our now 12 year old was 5 and our 9 year old was 3. We have seen such positive impacts in their behavior, respect for others as well as themselves, and focus. They have perseverance well advanced for their ages. Watching them grow through martial arts has been very rewarding. I, also, have been attending for 4 years. I took an injury break, but being persuaded by my kids to never give up, I resumed training and am on my way to a second degree Black Belt. I highly recommend Championship Martial Arts to anyone considering Taekwondo.

My son has loved Championship Martial Arts! He is not a team sport kind of kid, and this has totally boosted his confidence, coordination and interpersonal skills. The teachers are fantastic and really empower students to be the best they can be, not just as a martial artist but as a person as well.

Update: This review is from my 7yr old son who has been doing martial arts at Championship for over 3 years: "Martial arts is so much fun! I like the summer camps too. I like learning forms and self-defense. If you’re a black belt, so so fun because you get to learn really cool forms that have really cool names." The facility and the program are top-notch, but what really distinguishes Championship Martial Arts are the instructors. While they all bring their own distinct personalities, their firm yet supportive, consistent, and encouraging approach make martial arts training a valuable and formative experience for students of all ages. For example, Master Chan is a sixth-degree black belt yet loves to spend time teaching the youngest students, and he's currently got our stubborn 4yr old eating out of his hand! We've got 4 family members enrolled and have had an outstanding experience at Championship. I'd recommend 10 times over!

My son has loved his time at Championship Martial Arts. He started when he was 5 years old and has grown so much during his time there. Rather he’s attending class, black belt camp, or hosting his birthday party there. He has learned about being a leader at home and within his community. And of course a lot about self defense, as a parent that just brings so much peace of mind. After seeing the positive impact that my oldest has had from these amazing instructors we chose to enroll my youngest and he has loved coming and being able to follow in his brother’s footsteps in becoming a black belt.

My daughter has been apart of CMA for over a year and we even did a trial class about three years ago. Ever since then my daughter has fallen in love with CMA and their team they are all very patient kind and caring people on & off of the mat! CMA hosts lots of fun events to keep the kids busy and active! My daughter has had a very big change, behaviorally and mentally since starting CMA’s taekwondo courses! She enjoys going to her classes she loves & trusts the CMA team and I have confidence that she is on the right path!

Our seven year old has been attending for the past several months - I am very impressed by their genuine interest in the students that goes beyond their involvement in the program. They remembered my sons name from day one, they ask questions about school, siblings, favorite pets, weekend plans etc. There is always someone who greets the parents individually during the class and makes sure we have everything we need and that we don’t have any questions. The instructors are very friendly and kind and so good with kids, very patient and creative with how they lead each individual class based on their needs. They roll with the punches, and far from “cookie cutter”. They keep things interesting! They are good about recognizing achievements and hard work, which is wonderful because my son thrives with affirmation. I didn’t think he’d enjoy it as much as he does, but he is always so proud of the things he accomplishes in class, and he’s gained so much confidence! I would 100% recommend this for all children!

I like that they're very patient with my rowdy kiddo. I know he's learning when I asked him on his first day of Preschool if what should he do when somebody 's trying to hit him. He said dodge it. We also went to a trampoline park one time and they have like a balance beam fight and all the kids that he was having friendly fight falls first even bigger kids than him, one kid even come up to me and said where did he learned that your kid is really good. I said he's doing Taekwondo! Instructors are really nice and awesome! Update: 4/5/2022 We had the coolest Golden birthday for my 5yo. I was on the hunt for birthday parties that are not so common and I came across Samurai sword slicing cake and that sold me since my son is already doing Taekwondo. They have ninja themed but my son wanted some minion participation so we incorporated it somehow. Everything went smoothly and Mr. Armani did a great job in entertaining the kids.

My family has had the pleasure of being a part of the Championship Martial Arts family for the past 2.5 years. We started off by enrolling just our son but immediately saw the value and benefits that it could provide to the rest of the family and all five of us were soon enrolled in the program. The martial arts skills and techniques are taught expertly. The classes are truly challenging (in a good way) for both mind and body, but the biggest reason we have loved being a part of CMA is the people. The instructors have that rare ability to motivate and encourage you to go beyond what you think you’re capable of while still making the experience fun and enjoyable. They take the time to get to know each of us by name and treat us like we’re visiting family instead of a business transaction. Class times are flexible with quite a few to choose from during the week. I love that our whole family can take classes together and class times can be moved to accommodate other sports and work events that come up. For the kids, I love how they focus not just on their behavior inside class but also how they are doing outside of class. One of my children struggled with fighting at school and I was impressed to see that he was talked to and that I had the option to choose to hold back his belt promotion until his behavior improved. We did hold his belt promotion back and since then, his school behavior has been phenomenal. We’ve seen a real change in respect he now shows both in class and outside of it. On a personal level, I would also like to commend the school on how they approach various drills and self-defense techniques that involve putting hands on another person in the class. Each class, without fail, where a drill comes up that could be seen as uncomfortable, the instructors make it clear that it is ok to say something and express a concern (even discretely) if you are uncomfortable. As a physical and sexual assault survivor, this is the aspect of the class I was most concerned with. Due to the professionalism and care the instructors take when guiding the class, it’s never been an issue for me, and I have felt comfortable the entire time. All in all, I can’t say enough good things about this school. You will absolutely not regret your decision to be a part of this martial arts family.

I have never seen any other instructors/coaches in any sport as good with kids as they are at CMA. It is so amazing to watch. They are so patient and the kids love them. After having tried another place, I went in very skeptical. I was so pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and individual attention given to each student from day 1! Some groups are larger than others, but their is always someone watching and making sure each student is instructed with love and respect to do his/her best. EVERY staff member knows my child’s name and has encouraged him in some way. We have seen this positive environment spill over into home and school and we are so thankful!

We began Martial Arts at Championship about 4 years ago now for my son who was getting bullied and having anxiety about going to school. My other two children soon joined, and a year later it was my time to join! I cannot begin to describe all the ways CMA has helped better us as individuals and bring us closer together as a family while doing Tae Kwon Do together! It truly feels like you are part of a second family when you are there! For myself as an adult doing the training it helps to give me self confidence and to feel stronger too!

And since being in class that has all improved so much as teacher was just complimenting me on how amazing he is doing, and how good his focus , how respectful he is ,it touched my heart and I owe it all to the staff and instructors at CMA

Everyone who is eligible to participate in our family does, and the value that we receive from the company and staff is tremendous! You can't beat the family bundle, and that alone helps encourage both my husband and I, and our daughter, be able to all attend together. The staff is inclusive of all ages and body types, and they are encouraging, but helpful, with honing in accurate techniques and practices. The office is great about communicating schedule changes, special events, and updates, and we love the "parent's night out" opportunities for a high-energy babysitter! Most importantly, the material in class has helped with my reflexes, confidence, and discipline. Finally, I love the real-world applications for the blocks and combinations; just the other night, a man that I did not know tried to remove my mask and assured me that I'd "be prettier without it." Even after drinking, I was able to move fast enough to do an "outside middle block" as he reached straight for my face and into my personal space. I successfully blocked him and his advances, and quickly put him in his place. ANYONE who is looking to improve themselves should definitely look into this company and crowd! It is "good people", looking to raise up their community through honor and fellow respect--hopefully we as students of life can bring that new knowledge and skill into the real world!

For a long time I was at a low, until last December when I received a trial offer here. Now I'm 4 months away from being here for a year I can hardly believe it! CMA has rebuilt the confidence that I had when I was in Karate when I was a kid! And has added on to that confidence. I'm getting healthier by every class and daily physical and mental challenges. The Masters are there for me and all the students. Most Martial Arts schools teach you blocks, kicks, punches, and teamwork. But at CMA YOU are not just a student your FAMILY! Not just teamwork and Martial Arts is taught here. Family values and self confidence, Being humble and raising up others and Excellent sportsmanship. I have my whole family working out with me and it's bringing us together. The facility is clean and properly maintained. There are multiple classes to choose from. Parents night out! If your wondering is it worth the money? You get everything you pay for and more! My Brothers and Sisters no matter how young or old they are and the Masters hold me accountable for my actions, raise me up, And help me take the next stance in my formation not only in class but life. As I do for them. I'm proud of them. One more thing when you choose to come here. Come with an empty teacup. So it can be filled. "Empty your mind so you can make room for the new".

WOW, this place is one of those places that feels like an extension of your family. My 4yr old has loved going there and they are so good with him. The instructors are extremely hard worked and are so patient with kids, yet talented to know how to teach those at all ages. I also go to a Cage Fitness class there that is a quick 30 min but man, does it work! It was exactly what I was looking for in a workout. Overall, this place is top notch with great leaders and owners who care about their students.

The school is so much more than a fun way to get fit. They teach discipline and perseverance in a way that transcends the mat. My son has been attending for about a year and during quarantine I decided to teach him how to ride a bike. He didn't get it on the first or even the 2nd try, but he was outside practicing every day until he got it because as he told me many times "black belts don't give up"

The instructors are amazing! My son struggles with social anxiety and sensory issues. The instructors were patient with him and accommodating to his special needs. After four weeks of persistent encouragement, my son joined the class without pressure. After 6 months, he was notably more confident and positive about his abilities. We've seen improvements in other areas of life because of his involvement in the CMA program and we are overjoyed to see our son thrive and be passionate about his accomplishments in and outside of martial arts.
