Found the diamond in Texas of jiu jitsu gyms. Abel is the owner and instructor here. In a short amount of time I have seen my kids grow and improve so much. My kids leave every time as a better jiu jitsu athlete. I have checked out many gyms across the country for my kids and I would choose this gym over all of them. Thank you for keeping my kids motivated and learning. You have inspired them all to want to compete in competitions.

From my experience as a teammate of Abel since 2018 I can voucher that his craft is top notch. From hands on experience as an assistant coach to where he is now, coach Abel shows his love and passion that easily transitions to the gym environment and students. He is passionate and dedicated to each of his students whether be kids or adults. It’s great seeing his passion and the details that he provides for his students especially after each round that they have in class. His experience and his personal development thru Jiu-Jitsu provides an excellent model for any student at his academy, whether they want to become professional athletes or better human beings. Absolutely one of the best black belt professors I have ever had the opportunity of meeting and training my son, who is now a very competitive Jujitsu athlete at the age of 11. Learning techniques most academy’s don’t teach because they just can’t. Abel is highly skilled and does offer private lessons if you are real about leveling up your jiujitsu game. Professor Abel has been teaching my girls since they were white belts (3 years now) they have learned everything they know about jiu jitsu thanks to professor Abel. Profesor Abel a estado enseñando mis ninas jiu jitsu desde que empezaron con el hace 3 años su academia es una de la mejores en Conroe. Es un profesor muy detallista,atento, y respetuoso con todos los ninos. Gracias a el mis niñas han aprendido a defenderse por si mismas. Su academia enseña no nomas defenderse si no disciplina, y carácter asi que si estas buscando un deporte o academia donde llevar a tus hijos aqui es el lugar!
Coach Abel is simply amazing, he puts so much time and attention into all his students. My nephew just started going and I can tell the difference in his stamina and the way he carries himself with a bit more confidence! Can’t wait to have my 4 year old start because I know he will be learning from the best and enjoy the art !!
Went to see my cousin Jahan train today and he couldn’t express how much he enjoys it! I would definitely recommend this…only if there were 2 Coah Abel’s so he could train my kids as well!
