I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and honestly couldn’t be happier. What makes it extra special for me is that I get to train alongside my two sons. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming — whether you're brand new or have years of experience, everyone is treated with respect and encouragement.
The coaches are world-class: technical, approachable, and genuinely care about your progress. They do an amazing job creating a structured and supportive environment, not just for adults but for kids too. It’s been awesome to watch my boys build confidence, discipline, and have a great time doing it.
The community here is second to none. There’s zero ego — just good people helping each other get better every session. It’s a safe, family-friendly space where everyone feels welcome and at home.
Training here has become a highlight of our week. We’ve all grown so much — physically, mentally, and as a family. If you’re looking for a BJJ gym that values community, quality coaching, and a truly inclusive vibe, this is the place. Can’t recommend it enough!
Best Jiu Jitsu on the coast . 6am classes are my favourite to start the day right !!! I am current State and National Champion in Jiu jitsu and I train gymnastics and striking as well. Aiming for a world title shot in something in 10 years time. Building a great foundation here . world class.

i have fun competing in jiu jiutsu and MMA . Looking to be National champ. Best place in Nambour. The other place bullied me because i coughed once... till i cried i was 5 and i never went back there. This place is fun, you get to learn jiu jitsu, kickboxing , judo and gymnastics

I started 4 months ago, loving every bit of it, very welcoming community.

I train jiu jitsu 7x a week in Gi and NoGi., mornings and evenings. Also train kick boxing 2x a week here. We compete once a month . So much fun.
They have a ladies only class which is a great way to start your jiu jitsu journey. Every girl should learn self defence and jiu jitsu is the first thing to learn, then striking and kicking .
there's kids aged from 4 to 64 training every day but sunday!!!
They don't force you to buy an overpriced gi here and they don't charge you for every grading . in fact they give out $120 worth of gifts every grading instead!!! Here only only achievement justifies advancement !!! no money can buy a belt here :)

We've been attending this BJJ gym for over 12 months, and it has been an incredible experience for our family. Both of my children (4-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son) participate in the junior classes and absolutely love it. I've seen a remarkable improvement in their attention span, both at home and at school, since starting BJJ. The friendships they've formed at the gym have been wonderful, and it's been amazing to watch their confidence grow.
The coaches are exceptional – they’re knowledgeable, patient, and, as parents themselves, they truly understand how to engage with young kids and manage their energy levels. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem of a gym that has such a strong community feel.
After watching my kids thrive for a year, I decided to join the adult women's classes about a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I've learnt so much in such a short time, and everyone has been so patient and supportive. This gym is truly a special place for the whole family!
