Zenith Jiu Jitsu by Robert Drysdale

Been volunteering at the gym for over a few months working front desk. Everyone from the coaches, staff, students to the families are absolutely amazing! I have never met a finer group of people who work so hard to keep the traditions of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu alive. IBJJF World Champion, ADCC Champion, retired MMA and UFC fighter, Robert Drysdale runs the best program in town, for both kids and adults. He has coached over 20 years and has been the main jiu jitsu coach on The Ultimate Fighter for 5 seasons, creating world champions who simply started from a white belt. No doubt Robert is the GOAT at what he does! Among being super knowledgeable and experienced, he’s also super attentive, caring, honest/truthful, loving and above all, humble. (You will never know how accomplished he is unless you google him because he never talks about himself). He truly cares and loves his staff and students-you can feel the amount of GOOD energy once you walk through those doors. He has created such an amazing culture in the gym that everyone immediately feels welcomed and at home- the coaches and staff knows every student and every parent by their name! I have witnessed grandparents who travel across the country just to come in for weeks to watch their grandkids. Students from all over the world travel to vegas just to train with Robert. UFC fighters, world champions, actors, singers, etc. come from all over to train here. It’s hard to not get so star struck sometimes. The staff and coaches are extremely sweet, professional and have great energy as well: Faith, Salua, Shawn, Laura, Sonny, Luke and Marco! The students and families are so loving and supportive as well, they’re always offering a helping hand. We have some amazing students: Kris, Nick, Don, Gary, Erik P, and Maria are just a few to list who help coach and mentor the younger ones. And these guys are so well accomplished themselves in their personal lives and in their fighting career that every single teen to little looks up to them. They are the epitome of great role models and it’s hard to find such in this day and age. It’s such a great environment, the gym is truly so full of love and good vibes. I am not kidding when I say this is the best martial arts, best jiu jitsu, best grappling, best in Las Vegas. You get to be in an amazing environment while learning world class brazilian jiu jitsu AND you get to roll with huge names in the industry everyday. You wouldn’t ever guess such a place exists in Vegas, but it does. I am super proud to be a part of the Zenith family.

I moved back to Las Vegas looking for a new gym to train at and when I had my first trial day at Zenith, I knew that this is where I’d want to be. Coach Rob and all of the Zenith coaches are highly knowledgeable, supportive, and push you to your limits. The team is tough and competitive but welcoming and down to earth as well. It’s an overall great place to learn and grow on and off the mats. I’m so happy to be a part of Team Zenith and will recommend training here to anyone at any and all levels!

My son, who is 9 attends the gym and really enjoys all the coaches that he interacts with. Very family oriented. All ages welcome..from little kids to adults. Definitely give the gym a try if you are looking for a new gym to attend.

I can't say enough great things about this gym. The coaches are wonderful, making it fun and easy to learn. My daughter and my husband have learned a lot from Coach Robert and have thoroughly enjoyed his teaching. The new location is clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

My son and I visited Zenith BJJ during our vacation in Las Vegas. Our first experience training at Zenith BJJ was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed by both the staff and fellow trainees. Actually, even before we came to the gym, Faith has been very helpful with answering my questions through text messages. :) As we walked in, Mr. Robert Drysdale introduced himself and welcome us. The environment is friendly and inclusive, making it easy for a newcomer like us to feel comfortable. Mr. Drysdale is outstanding—clearly very knowledgeable and skilled in Jiu Jitsu. He provided clear and detailed instruction, breaking down each technique step by step. The drills were well-structured and challenging, yet accessible for beginners. Everyone I met was extremely helpful and encouraging. My training partners (Heather, Mina, Scoddy,and Laura) were patient and helpful making the learning process enjoyable and collaborative. Maria, (I believe one of the instructors there) helped me with techniques and offered great tips. My son enjoyed his time rolling with his team as well. Overall, we had a blast and we’re looking forward to our next class tonight. And we will definitely train here every time we are in town.
