The instructors have helped me develop in my martial arts career and never hesitate to go the extra mile.   My young son loves the Little Samurai class! We enjoy the ability to choose a schedule that works for our personal lives. The staff and the senseis are wonderful! Maria, the after school program coordinator, is very welcoming! She is so lovely to chat with. Francis and Andrew at the desk can always help with any questions or concerns. Maryana is absolutely amazing with the kids. She is attentive and supportive in their progress. My daughter has begun the kids karate program and is enjoying her classes with Professor David Dash.

  Great gym, great instructors. Always very friendly, accommodating, and a very clean space to train. One monthly fee for various martial arts classes allows you to diversify and really enjoy different styles. I highly recommend this place to all my friends looking for any martial arts instruction in Ottawa.
