Highly recommended school! Declan is an amazing teacher and makes everyone feel so welcome there. He is fantastic with teaching the kids and they absolutely enjoy the classes - learning discipline and the proper techniques whilst having a great time.

Best martial arts school I've been too! Culture among the students is fantastic, and Dylan is an amazingly talented coach. His ability to communicate effectively and teach is second to none, he personalises lessons to each student and makes you feel welcome and included. Highly recommend going here no matter your skill level!

I can't recommend Declan's Jiu Jitsu classes enough! My 10-year-old has been training here and has shown incredible improvement in both skills and confidence. Declan is an amazing instructor, always encouraging and supportive while keeping the classes fun and engaging. The positive atmosphere and focus on discipline have made a noticeable difference in my child's behavior and attitude both on and off the mat. A fantastic experience all around!"

Declan is an amazing coach and mentor. I have always struggled to learn foundational jiu jitsu knowledge at other gyms, as they teach in big groups and don’t spend a lot of time 1 on 1. On the other hand, Declan makes sure each student knows the skills, and if a student struggles, he utilises different teaching skills (to help either visual or auditory learners). Overall, I really couldn’t recommend Declan’s gym enough, whether you’re brand new like myself or advanced

I started my 6&7 year old girls almost a year ago without any knowledge of jujitsu after an incident with my 5 year old girl at her primary school with an older boy. What Declan has taught them is confidence to stand up for themselves as well as knowledge to to teach and inspire new students. What you must understand is it takes time and commitment to see results. Declan’s knowledge and teaching are outstanding. At times my girls didn’t want to go but we persisted a now it’s all they want to do. Thanks Declan for your training and understanding of what my girls need to be strong, confident and I’m sure they’ll be successful at whatever they choose to do in life with these disciplines. 😇
