I’ve been coming to these classes for about one month now. I’ve seen some amazing progress in my own personal fitness journey as well as progress in my boxing and kickboxing skills! Working with James has been an amazing experience, talk about a humble, gifted and caring instructor! He really cares that every person that attended had a great class and that they had enough support. Ju Jitsu Instructors Clay and Dig are also amazing, and although I attend that class less.. it’s still amazing at what I can pick up on in just one hour. Thanks guys!

I have a background in martial arts and was looking to get back into it while also introducing my three boys to the experience. This studio has been the perfect fit! They offer a wide variety of classes, which has been fantastic for the kids to explore and get comfortable in different disciplines. There’s a real community, family-oriented atmosphere here that makes everyone feel welcome. We will continue to suit up and show up.

First impression was welcoming and fun!!! Our 7yo was so excited to jump right in and learn/play with the other students in her first class. Never felt like an outsider, feels like friends from the first moment. Price is also very good for classes offered. Can't wait to see her skills grow

I joined this gym along with my 7 year old daughter over a year ago and we both have felt welcomed from the start. We both have learned so much about martial arts, community, and most of all about ourselves. The instructors are helpful, knowledgeable, and foster a safe a educational environment. We both enjoy showing up every week
