I have been a member of Trinity MMA for four years. I joined after a trial because the coaches and community was so friendly! I love the variety of classes and skills we learn. I have been able to compete with the club in BJJ and achieve my goals! The coaches give all the members so much support. We are lucky to have high level coaches who go above and beyond to support the members.
Posted 1 year agoAn amazing martial arts clubs for all levels, from beginner to serious competitors, this club covers it all. Even providing kids classes! With a mixture of classes there's a chance to try multiple disciplines ; BJJ, NoGi , wrestling , striking , and MMA. Each class is catered to those attending , working through fundamentals and exploring the new path ways. If you are looking to start and explore martial arts, or looking to shape and build your knowledge this is the place to do it. With knowledgeable and experienced coach , that don't just talk the talk but walk the walk. You can be confident that you will be continually learning and progressing your skills. Last but not least the community is second to non with some life long friends made. The support and encouragement is never lacking!
Posted 6 years agoI have no idea why I didn't write a review after having left (personal reasons and I decided to put more time into getting big in the gym) for about one and a half years but all I can say is that Trinity MMA is legit the best martial arts gym I have ever been to. Everything they teach is effective, they will answer any and all questions in detail or give a demonstration if you don't understand how a move works and the instructors regularly spar with the class proving that what they teach is highly effective. It is also a really humbling experience going there as you realize that when it comes to fighting, the average man knows little to nothing (could just be me) and that there is always more to learn and improve upon.
Posted 2 years agoThe cluster of negative reviews following many many positive ones is obviously a targeted attack on the gym. This gym is a very very welcoming place, I’ve trained at handfuls of gyms worldwide and I have never found a place like Trinity. Everyone is welcome. The environment and coaching is high level and suitable for anyone from a hobbyist to a professional. I would recommend anyone I know to come and train with us at Trinity.
Posted 6 years agoI’ve trained martial arts for years but nowhere has ever felt as perfect a fit as Trinity. Never in my entire time of training have I experienced the rate of growth and learning that I am now. I attribute this to the endless support of Nick and all of the coaching staff from day one. As a female martial artist, it is encouraging to feel that my coaches have genuine faith in my abilities and are committed to helping me accomplish my goals in competition. There is a great range of classes for beginners through to experienced practitioners. My personal favourite is Wrestling on Tuesdays! For ladies looking somewhere to train - I was super impressed at how female friendly the gym was. There are some great female strikers and grapplers here and my male training partners are all gentlemen and make me feel included. Could not recommend Trinity enough to anyone who wants to try MMA.
