  I was lucky enough to participate in some lessons of Maestro Federico Tisi at a Winter Camp in Austria this year. I was struck, even more than the techniques taught, by the approach to sport and the basic concepts (weight shift, frames with minimal energy expenditure) which were transmitted in the seminar; concepts that regardless of experience, even a beginner can fully use immediately and which certainly greatly speed up one's development. All seasoned with the right dose of humor and a lot of passion. If I still lived in Italy I would more than willingly train here!
