Posted 2 months agoNice people and great coach. Very welcoming.
Posted 4 months agoI love this gym. Why exactly? - Friendly environment; - Multi language speaking trainers (classical Jiu Jitsu - CZ, ENG; BJJ - CZ, and a bit ENG; Kick Boxing - CZ, ENG); - There are several trainers for each martial art (Classical JJ - 2 trainers, Kick Boxing - 2 main trainers, BJJ - 2 main trainers), so you can chose which trainer will you like; - Trainers are winners some tournaments or train small (and adult) winers - for me, it’s kind of sign of quality; - There are some events outside the gym for adult and children (like Summer Camp), some seminars; - Trainers respect others schools and have a friendship with them; - There trainings from morning till the evening (but for adults mainly in the evening, if I’m not mistaken); - It’s possible to participate everyone (man/women/children) just you shouldn’t have medical restrictions; - Sometimes there are a lot of pupils during the training, for example for BJJ and Kick Boxing; - They apply multisport card and another benefit card (don’t remember a name); - First lesson is free (as far as I know for all disciplines/martial arts in the Tiger team), so you can have a look; - You don’t need to buy for classical JJ and Kick Boxing from the beginning a special protection or clothe (not sure about BJJ); - It can be considered even just as a sport for keeping yourself in a good shape; in common, I have only good impression during several years. If you ask me, what should start with (if you totally beginners in martial arts), I would suggest start with classical Jiu Jitsu, after couple years continue with Kick Boxing or Brasilian Jiu Jitsu. Why? 1. Because from my point of view, these two MA (martial arts) tougher and make kill your wish for anything 2. from my point of view - less traumatic for beginners. I hope it was helpful
