If you try to find any better jiu-jitsu gyms to train at, you will be wasting your time. I can not name any gym more welcoming and experienced than Third Way, everyone there being completely dedicated to the sport and caring about you on a personal level was such an amazing experience. Jess is such a great instructor and goes in depth about everything and is willing to work with you 100% of the time. 100/10 would recommend this gym to anyone!

I came to this gym as a blue belt and felt welcomed immediately. The coaching staff cultivates a very welcoming environment with high level instruction. There are classes for everyone including competitors, beginners, and women only classes. One of the hardest goodbyes when I had to relocate for work, they have become family!

My family and I love Third Way Jiu Jitsu! We couldn't be happier with every aspect, both the adult and kids classes. Jess and the other coaches have created a professional, educational, respectful environment that is incredibly conducive to martial arts training and learning. They teach more than simply Jiu Jitsu, they teach how to be a member of a team, treating each student with dignity and respect. My kids and I have learned so much and have had much fun in our time training there. At Third Way hard work is rewarded while struggling students are met with the help they need to improve and progress as a martial artist. Each student, kids and adults, are treated as individuals not simply a number, which is a testament to the coaches' leadership and desire to create a culture that anyone would want to be a part of. The quality is training is beyond our expectations and is definitely preparing my kids and I to be able to defend ourselves. If you're on the fence about training or your kids training, it's time to hop off and get to the gym! Thanks Third Way team!

Third way Jiu Jitsu is a top tier martial arts school. If you are a brand new Jiu jitsu practitioner or a seasoned competitor, Third Way is the spot for you. As someone who has trained and competed throughout the country, I can truly say the coaching is som of the best I have ever experienced. On top of that, they strive to maintain a clean, professional, upbuilding environment and the community they have established is so strong. If you are a Laramie resident or just passing through, Third Way Jiu Jitsu is a hidden gem you will not regret checking out.

If you’re thinking about joining this gym, do it! Started my jiu jitsu journey at Third Way under instruction from Jess. His teaching is extremely detail oriented and was always a positively motivating instructor. That paired with an amazing gym culture here makes Third Way the best gym I’ve been a part of!
