I was introduced to the academy my good friends who train there. After my first time attending, it felt like home. It’s a safe space to train and learn for all level. The instructors are extremely good at teaching, breaking down techniques and exposing why. Highly recommend for all ages. Thank you to the owners for making this place feel like home.

One of the best decisions I made for my child. She is learning and having so much fun. Just the level of confidence and respect she has gained so far is well worth it. The staff are super Kool as well. All the kids have smiles on their faces going in and coming out, and that is what makes for a great day. Seeing kids with smiles is the best! Totally recommend to anyone, young or older to join.

Visiting some family in the area. I brought my two kids (6 and 10) in to train. Really welcoming group of kids and coaches. I decided to jump in on the beginner and intermediate adult no-gi. Very accepting instructors, excellent knowledge and helpful. Overall I was very impressed with this academy and recommend it to anyone looking for a great BJJ experience.

I've been there about a year now! I used to do BJJ for a few years back when I was younger and TSA changed my view of what BJJ is. All the instructors at TSA are super knowledgeable and kind. During the classes they really take the time to focus on having you grasp concepts and techniques, beginner to advanced. There is an amazing focus on learning over going too hard to get a submission. As a result of this focus, I've yet to see any injuries. They treat students so well and have always made me feel welcome. Steve and the other instructors are obsessed with cleanliness of the mats and students so there is never a worry of ringworm or any other nasty skin infections. Honestly, TSA is full of the most wonderful people and I can't recommend it enough! I'll be sending my son here when he is old enough!
