Professor Vince is patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, practices what he teaches. My 9 year old son has become a confident, loving BEAST under the sole guidance of Professor Vince. My son won a Gold medal in a Jiu-jitsu Wotld League tournament held in San Diego and another Gold medal in Pan America's Jiu-jitsu World League tournament held in Long Beach. I also took my son to see Professor Vince compete in a black belt tournament in San Diego. Professor Vince's love for Jiu-jitsu resonates on all kids, adults, and spectators. Professor Vince is worth every penny and has an awesome kids program. Join and you will not regret your choice.

Coach Vince is not only incredibly cool but also brings a wealth of knowledge in martial arts. He takes his time to patiently explain anything you might be struggling with, making sure everyone feels supported. His studio has a welcoming, family-friendly vibe where everyone walks away having learned something. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your skills, Strong Hold is the go-to spot to train and grow.

Stronghold Eastlake offers top-tier Jiu Jitsu while creating a safe and comfortable environment for all levels. The gym itself is family-oriented with an awesome kids program. The adults classes are just as great, allowing you to learn and compete all the while breaking a sweat. Vince, Hanna, and the whole crew have really set a standard for Jiu Jitsu and community. Everyone’s welcoming and ready to work. I highly recommend stopping by if interested.

My daughter is a shy quiet girl. But starting Jiu Jitsu gave her confidence. The instructor is really nice and patient. He gave a great balance of fun & strict discipline. Family friendly and great atmosphere. I really recommend this dojo.

I have been training here for probably over a decade and there's truly no place like home! Family friendly environment that caters to hobbyists as well as competitors. Lots of kids and parents training together, lots of long time members, & great coaches that make training fun and enjoyable.
