If you are looking for a Martial Arts school that has integrity, discipline, commitment to results and is fun and engaging at the same time then look no further. My son loves to train here. The head instructor Kon is showing kids what the martial arts are all about in a family like environment. Great club to join. Recommend.

Best decision to join Fight Lab in 2023 where Kon was most welcoming as a coach that really looks after your wellbeing and your training needs. Special shout out to the Kudo and BJJ coaches with their superior knowledge in their respective martial art.

This place is one of a kind. Coach Kon leading the Little Spartans classes is truly a unique experience. His experience and dedication to the kids is unmatched. My youngest daughter loves the Little Spartans classes. The classes show her how to deal with volatile situations and how to be assertive at the right time while still being respectful. Would definitely reccomend! Update: my oldest girl is also attending the Little Spartan classes and she absolutely loves it. Well done Kon, great classes for all kids.

The kids have been doing the little Spartans class for two years, they love it so much that I'm doing classes too! They especially look forward to the sword (foam) and shield duals, always safe with soft equipment and head guards. I feel comfortable knowing the kids are taught to avoid trouble, but also know how to defend themselves as a worst case scenario. Knowledgeable staff, and friendly family atmosphere. Highly recommend the gym for all ages.

It has been so difficult to get my youngest into any sport or activity. This is the first time he has loved it and keeps asking when his next lesson is. Great friendly environment and great for any child who wants to gain confidence.
