  Incredible coaching, all the necessary equipment. Located on the top floor of the Adams Arcade Shopping Mall. I Got in 2 fantastic workouts. Shout out to the coaches and Andre Leenheer. My go to spot next time I’m in Nairobi. Asante!

  This is a strong boxing gym. We loved our training session with Steve and learned a lot about proper technique and footwork. Scheduling with Andre was a breeze. Highly recommend training here.

  Good gym. One floor of weights, top floor is a boxing/kickboxing area. Weight room has everything you need like a squat rack, bench, cable stacks, dumbbells. Not a ton of room, not a ton of bench space with mirrors, but fine for a hard workout. Dirty in the good way that hardcore gyms should be. $5 day pass
