  Fantastic club - head coach Jou is very systematic in his teaching style, he works to impart the why, not just the how. There are also plenty of other experienced and friendly people around who make this gym a challenging, fun and rewarding place to train. Would recommend to anyone.

  An outstanding club to help learn BJJ. The instructors are friendly, welcoming and relatable, they are able to help you whenever you get stuck and constantly striving to help the students become better. Would recommend to anyone that is interested.

  After training I love socializing and hearing the most hilarious stories from everyone. The jiu jitsu is great too - Good mix of competitiveness and casual laid back style! I haven't been able to quit since I started.

  Absolutely amazing experience. The way Jou has broken down complex BJJ categories into teaching modules makes the learning experience really unique. A really tight-knit team, the facility is unbelievable and Jou's mind is a huge asset to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in New Zealand. Thanks for an amazing time, and I look forward to joining you guys on the mats many times over!
