Absolutely amazing Muay Thai gym! The trainers are top-notch—knowledgeable, skilled, and incredibly supportive. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced fighter, they push you to improve while keeping the atmosphere motivating and fun. The gym itself is well-equipped, and the training sessions are intense but rewarding. Highly recommend for anyone looking to sharpen their skills, get in great shape, and train with some of the best!

Liam, Craig and Dave are absolutely amazing, such nice guys who really want the best for their students, great advice always on hand. Me and my son train every Thursday here, only reason we don’t train other days, is that we train at another 2 clubs but given half the chance I would. All the other students are great, very wide range of skill set or ages, I’ve learnt a lot just in the past couple of month. If you’re thinking of going, just go!! You won’t regret it.

Joined the Beginners classes, with no prior experience of martial arts or even a regular fitness regime. The course was brilliantly structured, building up from absolute basics, through to the point where we could spar. All coaches are welcoming and professional and it was never once intimidating to walk through the door. I had no hesitation in signing up for a monthly membership at the end of the course and look forward to learning more

The gym is a home, the lads are extremely welcoming and humble, classes cater to all needs and abilities whilst pushing those who are willing to their potential. Many gyms are small with poor equipment, you would have to travel far to find a large gym with high level equipment. Coaches are all professional active fighters with vast experience. Too often in the modern day, gyms are being led by people who think they know but have no experience. Top top gym
