My first experience with jujitsu and I've found the vibe really welcoming and educational. Members and coaches are kind and I've been able to hop right into classes and learn a lot while getting good workouts.

Professor Panda has been training my son in Jiu Jitsu for over two years now and he's added so much to his life. My son has learned skills, is more confident, and loves attending classes every week. Professor Panda is the BEST teacher and I'm so thankful for this space in Oakland. I attended Muay Thai classes for a month with Gus and he's excellent as well, patient and encouraging. Unfortunately my work schedule changed and I can't take those classes anymore, but highly recommend. This dojo is awesome!

This is an excellent gym! The whole place was recently renovated and the facilities are in great shape. The coach/owner is super welcoming and the community there is friendly. There is a women's open mat on Fridays. Muay thai class was good mix of shadow boxing and pad work.

This is my and my family’s second home! Learning a new martial art skill can be intimidating but everyone from the coaches to the people make you feel comfortable and welcomed. If you want your kids to learn how to be confident while learning self-defense skills, this is the right place.

Since joining Supreme MMA, I feel like a better and happier person. I've gained numerous skills from that incredible place, which have even helped me in college wrestling. The people there are amazing and funny, and I always feel safe and appreciated.

Great conditioning and gym. Jose is very friendly and can help you enhance your craft. Jose can teach you not only to grapple well but to control ones anger. Ive learned a lot from training in this environment and jose's training has saved my life.

Best jiu jitsu place in laurel district in Oakland! Mon-thrs adult jiu jitsu from 730-845 or till we die and get tired. Mon-thrs conditioning with some yoga, boxing. Been with Supreme MMA for about a year now and have been feeling great! Lost lots of weight with Jiu jitsu!

The best spot in the Laurel to find MMA gear T-shirts, rash guards and learn Jiu-Jitsu and judo. Kids classes and adults,come by and say hi.
