This gym has been a 2nd home. I started the summer 2022. After being diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma in 2019, I let myself go. I joined because I wanted to lose weight while learning a martial arts to be strong to protect my family and future family. I went in not knowing any Jiu-Jitsu. Even at my large size of 260 lbs, everyone in the gym could submit me, even people, 100 pounds lighter. If it wasn't that everyone was very helpful explaining what I was doing wrong and how I could improve. I wouldn't have improved as much as I have. Even without restricting my diet just by being consistent and coming to class, I now weigh 220lb. I am grateful to have found this gym and definitely recommended for anybody to come try out a class.

Started jujitsu at this gym and had a blast! Coach Jerry is seriously the best – not just for the awesome techniques, but being a lady, he made me feel totally at ease on the mats. Super grateful for that extra comfort factor! I've learned so much here compared to other gyms. If you're thinking about trying it out, would highly recommend this place for a laid-back vibe and an amazing coach.

Excellent training! Friendly staff! Coach Jerry will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals, the atmosphere is always inviting and I enjoy walking through the doors and feeling great when I walk out. No matter what your fitness level is, there’s some type of accommodation if needed, workouts are very engaging and fun. I HIGHLY recommended!

If you’re interested in learning Brazilian jiujitsu this is a great gym. Coach Jerry is an amazing instructor that really cares and commits to help make his students improve. The vibe is very welcoming and everyone acts like a big family. The gym is also kept very clean. I highly recommend this gym if you’re interested in trying out jiujitsu

Absolutely one of the best choices I’ve made to improve my health and consumption. The weight loss challenge and the Jujutsu aspect of the gym is always welcoming for new comers and anyone with injuries. Others and including myself have injuries and the staff and other attendants are always encouraging and helping you in anyway they can. I’ve recently have just joined Thanksgiving weekend and have seen results in my overall health and wellness. I would encourage anyone of any age to come to the gym try a few classes. See you there! 🔥💪
