  This gym is simply fantastic! The atmosphere is appreciative and motivating—you immediately feel at home. The owners and trainers are not only competent, but also warm and supportive. No matter your fitness level, you'll be taken seriously and encouraged here. A great place to train and feel good. Highly recommended ❤️

  Best gym I've ever been to! A friendly atmosphere is emphasized, both by the trainers and the owners, who are happy to help and approachable. This makes you feel welcome. The interaction with other trainees in the numerous martial arts and fitness classes is correspondingly respectful. A huge plus is the ample space for free training alongside the mats, equipment, weights, and calisthenics areas. Thank you for this wonderful training location. A real asset to the neighborhood.

  A top-notch gym. Very good trainers who take the time to answer any questions. A pleasant crowd, no yobs, a warm atmosphere. A lot of emphasis is placed on safe training, realistic assessment of one's own abilities, mobility, etc. Well-maintained equipment and changing rooms. A good coffee machine. And, not unimportantly, there's always good music playing in the gym. Shoutout to the kettlebell crew!

  They advertise so many courses that you're not allowed to participate in. They kindly send you an email telling you not to register for certain courses, otherwise they'll feel compelled to cancel your contract. Great... I have no idea what else you can offer the trainers other than money to let you participate.
