a modest gym with great location. If you're looking to actually develop your Thai boxing skills - this is a great place to go. All the trainers come from backgrounds of major fight experience - who can help you to cultivate skills and improve your fitness simultaneously. Gym is always high-spirited with either of the coaches playing guitar on one end of the gym - to sparring on the other side. It's always happening at Sitpinyo! all the staff are down to earth individuals who are passionate about their craft. 10/10 recommend.

I traveled to Hong Kong for work and was able to get two days Muay Thai training in. Enjoyed my training at Sitpinyo with Rung. The owner Gary is very nice. Small gym but clean, and has good coaching. I will come back next time I am in town.

I have trained in different Muay Thai gyms growing up in Hong Kong and Sitpinyo is just amazing. The coaches are very friendly, funny and professional. They are good at tailoring the training based on your ability. I love training there!

Amazing gym with friendly and patient coaches. Started training here about a year ago and I still remember coach gat asked me if it was my first time training Muay Thai when I was there for my first trial group lesson. He paid extra attention to me since I was kinda new to Muay Thai and he made sure I could throw the kicks properly and not get hurt. This gym is great for beginners and now I got few friends joining me as well !

Rung, Gat and Gary are amazing! Lots of individual attention and encouragement during group classes, and a very skilled, and friendly bunch in general. Classes are a mix of circuits and technical work so there's never a dull moment. Facilities are clean and include showers and locker space. Great environment for a quick lunchtime or afterwork session!
