This is the second gym that I made my home. I’ve been coming here for about 2.5 years and have always loved it. The instructors are Top Tier and have extensive knowledge. My daughter (6) has been training here for a year and the kids instructors really know how to manage the kids through environment of emotions and learning. Highly recommend!

Great adult and kids programs. Mario and team have given my son so much confidence and skill in the sport. In house tournaments, tons of practice flexibility. Outstanding program!

I dropped in to this club twice while in town on business. Besides providing a clean, professional, and safe environment (must-haves for the gyms I visit while traveling), the instruction provided during Rick and Gary's 10P BJJ classes were phenomenal. I would highly recommend training here, and particularly recommend it for my military brethren stationed at or passing through Scott AFB.

Great dojo with amazing people! The instructors are very helpful and always upbeat. The kids classes are amazing and help children learn discipline in school and in their personal lives. The adult classes are very enjoyable and everyone is friendly and helpful. My husband, son and myself enjoy going to class and look forward to it. The cost is extremely reasonable compared with other martial arts studios. I would give it more stars if I could!
