What I love the most about the Strength and Conditioning gym at SCSC is the supportive, knowledgeable and positive trainers. The variety of exercises in the programmes and the monthly shifts in focus, keeps exercising interesting and challenging. Having small groups is another win. I feel guided, understood and acknowledged for where I am on the day. I'm the strongest I've been in my life. Thanks team!

Been training at Axis Rolleston for a few months now after originally starting at Axis HQ on Tuam Street, and I’m loving it. Great selection of classes, solid coaching, and the morale and banter are top-notch. Super friendly crew, whether you're new or experienced. Since joining, I’ve done three competitions under Axis Rolleston, and my BJJ has excelled. Having Selwyn Combat Sports Centre next door is a huge bonus—got me back into kickboxing and MMA, plus there’s a solid setup for strength training. Everything you need to train hard and stay healthy. Highly recommend!

If you're visiting the area & train BJJ I cannot recommend popping into Axis Rolly enough. Coaching is fantastic, team are friendly & welcoming, and the beer is fantastic. All round excellent facility to train in, Dan is the man!

Can't recommend this place high enough. My 5 year old has just completed 4 terms and confidence levels in all aspects of life have improved dramatically. More focused, regulated emotions. Oh, and he's learned a bit of BJJ along the way as a bonus 😁

Best gym in the South Hemisphere! Highly recommend, for kids and adults... great vibe in a safe environment. I have been choked enough times to say the opposite, but Dan is actually a great guy!
