Loving my privates with Coach Mo. She not only pays special attention to detail which I need but very positive. Love that she’s able to work with my crazy work schedule too. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to add/improve their bjj game.
Posted 8 months agoI came into this gym just looking to get into shape and find another hobby. Now I’m staying because the team here is like family. All the grown adults think of our coaches as their parents because they’re not only there to make you better at jiu Jitsu but also a better person. I’m thankful to have found this gym and I’m now a member for life and I have found friends for life.

Posted 4 months agoI started at Selva MMA back in 2019 and now I’m a lifetime member. I first started in their Muay Thai program. I forgot to mention that I’m 60 years old. I started when I was 55. I’ve lost 45 pounds and this place has changed my life. I’ve been doing jujitsu for 2 1/2 years and I’ve met the most incredible men and women that you can ever meet from all walks of life, if you guys want TO TRY jujitsu I definitely recommend Selva BJJ
Posted 12 months agoMy children have been coming here for 6 months and I don't see us leaving anytime soon. Not only are the coaches efficient in teaching the children BJJ technique while building their confidence, discipline, and muscles. The owners are hands on and amazing. They really make it feel like a family as they support each student, child or adult, throughout their journey.
