  Well-organized training aimed at high effectiveness in defense and attack, and not on duplicating choreographed patterns that have no reference or are ineffective in a real threat. A lot of "task" contact, thanks to which you can consolidate the acquired techniques faster. Additionally, one learns to respect one's own abilities and the opponent's. Apart from that, nice atmosphere and interesting people.
