  Pure MA enthusiasts. For the soul who craves sweat, blood and tears - good company, MA love and superb coaches! If you crave big locker rooms, long hot showers in the gym and no cussing, a fitness studio is more appropriate for you.

  This place was like a home away from home when I was posted to Copenhagen. I loved training here, I miss rolling with this crew and learning from Franck. Would recommend if you're visiting KBH, if you're an expat, or if you just live in the city and want to start doing no-gi. Five stars to Yahya because he's an absolute mat monster. Zero stars to Franck for his gas mask choke (just kidding, five stars).

  Started a bit over 1 month ago. I hadn't practice in a while and wanted to trial BJJ. The instructors were open to the idea and left me trial various classes before making my decision. Great BJJ, Kickboxing and MMA classes overall with quite high level members and no BS techniques. Great atmosphere too.

  Training at this academy was a highlight of living in Copenhagen as an expat and I really regret not starting sooner. The coaches and training partners were welcoming and the program is solid.
