I trained at Rua for six weeks while visiting the city. The instructors - Francesco, Mirco, Marco, Floriano - and students were incredibly welcoming. I mostly did bjj. The technique taught was as good as any gym I’ve been to and better than most. Clear, precise, with attention to detail. People went out of their way to make sure I - an English speaker with limited Italian - understood the instructions given. Rolling was the great balance of competitive and friendly/respectful. A special gym that I’d recommend to people of any experience level. Thank you Francesco and everyone for having me.

I got gi and nogi training in September 2019. Very nice and skilled brasilian jiu jitsu black belt Francesco Braccini and Marco Ciullini. There are gi and nogi classes from Monday to Friday and on Saturday the open math. In the sparring time music plays. In the Rua67 academy monthly price is 70 € (60 € for the students) and you have included all class of gi, nogi, wresting, boxe, thai boxe and every class in that gym. Shower and hairdryer are included in the price. You have also to pay annual price 25 € or 30 € (I don’t remember exactly). There are only a few security locker (you need a personal padlock to close). Park for the bike is free and for the car you have to find the park (I always gone with bike, I don’t know exactly about car).

The gym is small, the training space is limited. The changing rooms are tiny and crowded, with 4 showers that throw a trickle of water and mold on the ceiling. It costs like new and better equipped facilities. Nice and easy-going instructors
