  Joining Rounds Academy at the start of the year has been an incredible experience! As someone who's admittedly quite rational and, let's say, a bit stiff, I was initially nervous about starting boxing. However, the entire team – João, Pedro, Hugo, Leandro, and Francisco – have been absolutely fantastic. Their patience and dedication to training me, a complete beginner, has been remarkable. They break down techniques clearly and provide constant encouragement, making each class a positive and productive learning environment. What truly sets Rounds Academy apart is their friendliness and genuine care for each member. They know everyone's name, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I'm now reaching my third month and I'm amazed at the progress I've made, both physically and mentally. The encouragement they provide pushes me to go further and become better in every class. If you're looking for a boxing gym with excellent coaches and a friendly community, Rounds Academy is the place to be! Highly recommended!

  One of the best places to learn boxing in Lisbon. Everyone is super friendly, teachers are experts at what they do and they always push everyone to learn and have fun, at the same time. Ive been training here for months and there’s nothing like it. My favourite boxing spot in Lisbon!

  Most amazing technical gym! They are extremely welcoming to everyone, which is hard to come around. Different classes for everyones wishes and the trainers really pay attention on an individual level as well. Highly recommend!
