  My Daughter has been training here for about a year now. I’ve started training here too and have noticed improvement in my mobility and cardio. Coach Joao teaches in a way that’s structured in a step-by-step approach, making learning easier. We love it here!

  My son has been in this for little over a year , he has learned so much , the coaches are awesome and really help the kids to be the best they can be ! We are forever staying in jujitsu now . Highly recommend putting your child in this !

  My daughter has been coming here nearly five days a week for almost a year, and we absolutely love it! She’s learned so much and has really improved her skills—she can roll with confidence now! This place teaches valuable lessons about perseverance and resilience. Life can throw different challenges at you, but this environment encourages you to get back up, adapt, and keep trying. Highly recommend!

  Great Gym ! The instructor Joao actually takes the time to correct any errors . Very patient with kids and offers Two adult Classes a day to really get your practice in .

  My son is 4 years old and has a month in and caught up so fast thanks to the patience and knowledge the coach has. Now he’s doing as good as kids that have been doing it for 6 months. This place is amazing and you have so much space to come see your little ones.

  Professor Joao is a high level teacher. If your not training here , you should ask yourself why not ? Great place and high level. Checkmat has big resources as well. Kids program is A+ as well.
