I’ve had an amazing experience at Progressive Jiu Jitsu. The gym is always super clean, well-organized, and you can tell they really take pride in keeping the place spotless. The staff is wonderful — very welcoming, professional, and always willing to help whether you’re a beginner or more advanced. You feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to train in a positive and safe environment!

Been training here for almost 2 years. Definitely the best gym to train at in Richardson. Shaggy is a great professor to learn from and the atmosphere there is top tier. Lower and higher belts alike have a lot to learn from professor shaggy. 10/10 would recommend

I can't imagine anywhere I could train that could possibly be better than training at Progresso in Richardson. I actually commute over 20 minutes to train there even though I have plenty of options closer to home. Shaggy is a fantastic instructor, and I know that if there's any boost in the development of my skills over the past few years, it's been primarily because of him. The other students are also a huge plus; everyone is friendly and easy to get along with and want you to level up just as much as they want themselves to. If you're looking to get into it, I highly recommend you start here. I promise you will be welcome.

We are so happy we found Progresso Jujitsu. It’s rare to find a place where the kids have this much fun but still maintain such high levels of discipline. The coaches are right there with them, guiding them through every move. My kids have leveled up their game significantly and always leave with a smile.

Great school! I have been training here for two years and absolutely love it. Shaggy is a great professor that takes the time to make sure you understand the technique.
