So many things I love about this place. The owners are directly involved with teaching and they have very passionate instructors. Professor Dan is a phenomenal trainer and I really enjoy the mobility drills as they've helped my flexibility dramatically. I love that they promote SAFETY, and control. The space is super clean and overall they have a tight knit community that is welcoming and I'm proud to be a part of. As a mom of two, learning self defense and jiu jitsu has helped increase my confidence in protecting myself and my babies. Truly grateful for the whole team.

My 5-year-old daughter has been attending this Jiu-Jitsu class, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. It’s truly the best place a parent could want for their child. My daughter has gained so much more than just basic self-defense skills—she’s developed confidence and a strong sense of self-discipline. The coaches are exceptional, with an incredible ability to connect with kids and teach in a way that builds both their skills and their self-esteem. They are attentive, patient, and always make sure to address each child’s individual fears and strengths. It’s amazing to see how much my daughter has grown in both her ability and her love for Jiu-Jitsu. We are so happy to be part of this wonderful community!

We enrolled our daughter a couple months ago in Progression Jiu Jitsu and the experience has been outstanding! The coaches go above and beyond as mentors for the kids. They have created an environment that is not only focused on technique and discipline but also on building confidence and respect. The coaches are incredibly patient and skilled at breaking down complex moves into manageable steps for kids. What really stands out is their ability to connect and make each session enjoyable. It’s been a great experience and our daughter looks forward to every class. We highly recommend Progression Jiu Jitsu for anyone looking for a positive experience for their kids!

Dan is an incredible instructor who takes time to make sure everyone is attended to during class. His instruction style is easy to follow. All the instructors offer incredible attention to the students. Progression offers an atmosphere where it's easy to stay motivated and have fun while learning the art of Jiu-jitsu.

My daughter became interested in jijitsu after we tried a women’s self defense class at Progression, which we also highly recommend. Dan and Dre are amazing instructors and we are really happy with the class availability times each week.
