A really great BJJ gym, which also has young kids classes. They offer 2 free trial classes and then a good priced memberships. We take our 5 year old there twice a week and Kim and Petko are just the nicest and professional trainers. They take the time to make the classes fun and learning for the kids. Our son really likes to train there and and has learned a lot of basic techniques in the last year. Thanks guys, you’re amazing!

It has been a couple of months since I started attending BJJ classes here. Sergio is a superstar, his friendly positive vibe is enough for coming here. He is also an excellent instructor. Other instructors like Jan are very friendly and attentive as well. For me, another advantage is Sergio gives classes in English. The atmosphere is really nice, I like that sometimes reggae plays on the radio. It reminds me of my old capoeira group.

I’ve visited Munich and decided to train here. Did one Sunday class and I was really satisfied. Training is great, the mats top quality and the coach Tin and the other guys are tough and rolling with them is a great experience. I’ll visit again when I’m in Munich! oss

In October i visited Germany and didn't want to miss a week of training, so i looked for a good gym and i found one in Pound for Pound. I was able to buy basically a week pass and trained probably 4 times there, every class was both fun and challenging. the format that i saw was an hour and a half class with some fitness, followed by stand up training and ground training which took about an hour, with 30 minutes of sparring at the end. The students made me feel at home, they clearly have a family environment like my gym and never made me feel like "the new visiting white belt". Professor Sergio Zimmerman was there every day i was and i will always remember my first class, I wasn't properly hydrated that day and had a leg cramp, he took time out of watching his everyday students to help me work it out (i was so embarrassed but he just laughed and told me to get back in there) . I still use some closed guard details he taught me today. If you are living in Germany or visiting like me PLEASE GIVE THIS GYM A TRY.
