  The master “is for everyone and no one”. With him you learn to train your body and mind. This is emphasized in every training session. The training is very demanding and mostly hard. Of course there are days when you are less strong, but only those who stick with it will become stronger. The master takes care of his students and usually accompanies them for several years. The students in the junior groups are always in a good mood, healthy and in top shape.

  My son has been a student of Master Omid for 8 months and he is happy every time he goes. He is 5 years old. The master pays attention to respect, personal culture and discipline!
