I love this gym! It’s got a really great group of women to train with and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. I’ve made some amazing friends. The instructors are knowledgeable and I’ve enjoyed the classes. There’s plenty of space on the mat for rolling, and everyone is respectful.

It’s a beautiful gym owed by a highly skilled and knowledgeable professor. He’s also a great leader. All instructors there teach well and take good care of each student. I feel very safe training. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. It’s the best place to train jiujitsu! Thank you always for having and welcoming me professors Bruno and Romy!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of all the instructors and their friendly environment. I am very happy to see my granddaughter learn discipline, respect, but also defensive techniques to protect yourself. I am very impressed with the patience and the compassion each instructor have to teach these young individuals to succeed and to be confident with themselves.

"It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." -Socrates Well, in my case, a petite woman in my 30s. BJJ really tests your physical and mental strength and I am really enjoying pushing myself. As a female, I think it is important to know some kind of self-defense. I feel like this is a safe and supportive environment to learn with some other high ranking females to train with as well. It's a plus that I'm also getting in shape. The professors love what they do and it shows. Thank you for welcoming me with open arms. Happy to have joined Não Para!
