    Professor Ted and the Next Level team are an outstanding group of folks to know and train with. Professor Ted treats his students like family and truly strives to pass along his knowledge to his students. You're always greeted with a smile when you come in, and every training session leaves you exhausted. The atmosphere is inviting, and the passion for the art is clearly displayed by the team. Great place to start if you or your kids are looking to get into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Check them out! Side note...Coach Jose runs a fun Sunday morning open mat for those weekend sessions! ;)

    Professor Ted is an incredible instructor with a rich history of competition and accolades. With many contributions in the jiu jitsu community. He has an amazing program for kids, ranging from 4 year olds all the way to young teens and a comprehensive Adults jiu jitsu program. Professor Ted also holds jiu jitsu camps several times a year which is great for sharpening aspiring competitors or even casual practitioners. If you are in the Richmond / Katy / Fulshar area, I would suggest you come try a class at Next Level Jiu Jitsu!

    My kid has been here for a while, she has learned so much in movements and in style and she absolutely loves it! She even won on a competition so far! I am very happy with the community here and the teachers are very knowledgeable and supportive! I would definitely recommend this place!

    Great environment for the whole family to learn BJJ especially the kids. We have all 3 of ours in class at least twice a week. They are ages 5, 6 and 10. My oldest was competing and winning about 9 months after starting.

    What an amazing BJJ school! Such a GREAT group of coaches and family atmosphere. Our two kids get so much from this school; confidence, exercise, success after failure... so many life lessons! I definitely recommend Next Level Jiu Jitsu... heck they even offer your first class for FREE.
