I came from California and have been training for kickboxing/bjj LA for about 6 months. I came to Karachi for 2 weeks and was concerned to fall out of slack and routine that I had back in Cali. I looked up Muay Thai Karachi and met Gohar Gul. He’s an absolute beast and a phenomenal trainer! Conditioning and training better than back home. He knows his stuff and has been training for a long time. He adapts to your level, trains you with passion and is super nice. I was kinda skeptical at first because it’s Karachi after my first sessions absolutely loved it. If anyone comes to Karachi and is looking for a spot to train this is it.. highly highly recommend coach Gohar gul. In a short time of 2 weeks I trained here pretty much everyday and have learned so much probably more than back in the states. One day of training with him is equivalent to like 4 or 5 days back home. Solid trainer.. I don’t write reviews often but for him I needed to. No cap it’s legit.
Posted 5 months agoSir Gohar is a master at what he does. His classes are a mix of Grappling, sparring, focus on techniques and overall building of mindset. Great teacher for anyone looking for self defense or even looking to compete. Highly Recommended🎉
Posted 3 months agoI recently joined sir Gohar Gul's Muay Thai training sessions, and I must say, it has been an exceptional experience. Despite having no prior exposure to Muay Thai, I can confidently vouch for his expertise in the field. His approach to training, from cultivating the right mindset to meticulously teaching advanced techniques, is nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to excel in Muay Thai.
Posted 3 months agoI joined sir Gohar's class at Elements gym out of mild curiosity and of the mind that I would get bored/wont last 2 weeks. Going 6 months strong, I can say with utmost honesty that my initial assessment was completely wrong. The reason I stayed and trained falls squarely to sir Gohar's dedication to the sport, his wisdom and his unique style of teaching which forces everyone to confront the reasons why they want to learn how to inflict pain on others. He has not only help me see why I did join (self defense/life skill) but has designed specific steps how I may reach my desired objectives. In a field where quaks rule the roost in Pakistan and no decent coach is available ,it is a treat to train under sir Gohar.
