  This place is a second home, Thiago and his students are not only highly skilled in Muay Thai but also kind hearted and friendly making the environment fun if you can survive the warm up 😂 Jokes aside Sitan gym is everything your looking for in a Muay Thai gym. Knowledgeable instructors, Safe & Clean training environment, Solid community, offers free classes to women and also caters to children with special needs. 10/10 👊

  Sitan Gym has been a life changing experience. This isn't your typical martial arts gym-they become like family. I find myself pushing myself harder and further than I thought possible. The coaches will push you and encourage you at every step. The daily classes are awesome and the events they have are excellent. I have tried other martial arts gyms in the past, but this is the one.

  Had my first jiu jitsu class today and I was so nervous. I ended up making two new friends laughing and smiling the whole time. Left at the end of the class smiling talking to all my family on the phone about all the fun I had. Plus there's a cute dog there

  We have been attending Sitan Gym events for the past 3 1/2 years and have enjoyed the Muay Thai community lead by Thiago and his team. It is rare to find a group of people that are dedicated to uplifting each other, people who sincerely care about their peers, and people who unconditionally go out of their way to support one another like we have experienced at Sitan Gym. The coaches each offer unique skills to enhance the training and improve participant’s ability and competence. The Sitan Gym atmosphere is family friendly (especially the gym dog Holly) and is comfortable to train at regardless of age or experience. The gym prioritizes community which is apparent by the holiday celebrations and acknowledgments. Our sincere gratitude to all of the Sitan Gym staff and volunteers for contributing to make a great community for Muay Thai training at Sitan Gym.

  I came in just seeking information and the staff was so welcoming and helpful they even informed me there was a beginner's class starting in 20 minutes and that I was more than welcomed to join. The coaches and even the other members were absolutely fantastic and also welcoming. I 100% recommend coming here. This was my first time training Muay Thai and I can say I’ve found a new passion!
