I have regularly attended the MMA HiitBox class and I can tell that my stamina has improved noticeably. It has also been a fun way for me to hone my striking techniques without having to hold anything back.

It is a great martial arts experience with a clean facility. The instructors are very knowledgeable and welcoming. They teach you techniques with ease. If your looking for an intense workout that helps you both mentally & physically, definately give MHB a try.
