  My son and daughter both train at MMA 101, and we couldn’t be happier! This gym offers incredible value with a wide variety of programs. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fighter, there’s a place for everyone here. Owner/Coach Sean and the entire coaching staff are not only highly skilled but also kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family, and the support they give each student is truly unmatched. If you’re looking for a gym where you can train in MMA, grappling, and striking at all levels while feeling motivated, supported, and part of a strong community, I highly recommend MMA 101. You won’t regret it!

  MMA 101 is an incredible gym with top-notch coaching and a great atmosphere. Coach Sean, the owner, is a skilled MMA instructor who brings energy and real fight knowledge to every class. His coaching style is clear, motivating, and practical. I also train with Coach Scotty and Coach Harley for catch wrestling—they’re both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They break down techniques in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. The training environment is positive, respectful, and ego-free. Everyone here pushes each other to improve while keeping it fun. I highly recommend MMA 101 to anyone serious about martial arts or just looking to level up their training.

  Great school that offers a large verity of classes for any level or style. - We had no experience & have not had a bad/ego experience in the 6 months we've been going. - Kids classes are offered M-F, coached by very competent/friendly Coaches. - Adult classes offered 7 days a week. - I looked around at other gyms and found the pricing at MMA 101 to be a great value.

  My sons and I have been attending for almost three months. The school offers a wide variety of martial arts classes led by subject matter experts from their respective disciplines and MMA classes to blend the best aspects of these arts to make a more complete fighter. I have taken classes with Coach Scotty [Catch Wrestling], Professor Doss [BJJ], Coach Sean [MMA]. This school is great for athletes with professional aspirations, hobbyists, self defense enthusiasts, children and adults looking to find new ways to be active. I take full advantage of the Veteran Discount combined with the family rates.
