MMA & Sport's Girl Power class has been the best thing for my daughter who is in middle school. I can see her confidence growing and her self-esteem improving the more she does it. It's the only workout she enjoys doing. I also train here and enjoy the instruction and camraderie with other students. Highly recommend people to come visit and give the classes a try.

Great MMA gym! Very skilled, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My son does the kid's Brazilian jui jitsu and is learning to harness his strength and anger and turn them into pins on the mat. More time on the mat= less raging on video games! So happy to have found Coach Kyle and Coach AJ. They are such positive influences on my children.

This place is a great cozy gym to work on your MMA, great instructor with a family feel to the place. They offer all types of martial arts!

I'm not from the area but I visit often. One of my good friends trains here & I drop in a lot. This is a great place to train, full of good people. Kyle is a nice guy with very good jiu-jitsu. If I lived in the area this would be my home gym. I highly recommend it.
