Phenomenal gym with amazing instructors, a great facility, and I can’t count how many new friends I’ve made through this gym; seriously, this gym is super welcoming. I’ve tried many different classes here with different coaches, and they were nothing but patient, kind, and professional. Highly recommend this gym whether you are a beginner or more intermediate. Big shout-out to Coach Travis, Coach Ali, and Coach Patrick 🙏.
I joined the Muay Thai program at this gym a few months ago as a complete beginner to martial arts, and I absolutely love it! The coaches at this gym have gone above and beyond for me. They have made it clear that they are passionate and committed towards helping me learn how to fight. Whether you’re a pro or a complete beginner to martial arts, I would strongly recommend this gym. Special shoutouts to coaches Jon and Travis! Their dedication and patience have gone a long way throughout my time here.
Such a great environment to train - starting doing Muay Thai at another gym and visited this gym for the first time. It was such a welcoming vibe and a great learning experience (and workout!) Looking forward to coming back again soon and maybe even getting my daughter into some classes - kickboxing has been incredible for my physical and mental health!
I've been at Elite MMA for over a year and half now. The environment is amazing, very beginner friendly and welcoming. I initially signed up to do some kick boxing to increase my fitness level, but I am fully hooked onto Muay thai now, going to all the classes and thinking about it all the time. :) Martial is a journey and a life style. Shout out to Coach Travis, the Muay Thai program here really picked up after he joined. His teaching style is clear and straight to the point. I've learned to focus on my defense and built my offense from it. Smart and technical fighting. We are really building out an advanced group of students for more technical sparring and I'm so grateful to be a part of it. Come check it out if you are interested in martial arts. I personally only focus on striking, but the Jujisu classes here look hella fun as well. Awesome gym!
We decided on Elite MMA after months of research on almost all available offerings in Mississauga. Throughout our research, Patrick answered our multiple queries with patience and professionalism. And five months into the program, we could not be happier. Sensei Rebecca is probably the best teacher/coach/mentor anyone could want for their 5-7 year old children. Our child is thriving under her guidance and excitedly looks forward to each class.

I joined Mississauga Elite just under a year ago. I can say with confidence that this a movement of people, instructors, students and facilitators alike. Energy, support, brother/sisterhood like you would not believe. Everyone lifts each other up and holds each other accountable. I've made some amazing friends and through Muay Thai, learned more about myself than about fighting. I'm glad to be able translate the mindset of fighting physically, into the mindset of fighting through life's unpredictable challenges. Special thanks and appreciation to Coaches Aziz and Patrick. I'm looking forward to another year with Mississauga Elite. Lets Go!
